RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Carat & Co. offers exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide refunds.
- All exchanges require approval. Approval exchanges are accepted for items purchased on our website caratco.com or in our retail location only based on the criteria below. Any items listed as FINAL SALE or in SALE categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not refund the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
- Any products exchanged must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing packaging (this includes the manufacturer's warranty card, box, any papers such as instructions, certificates of authenticity and or diamond certificates). Watch bracelets must be in the same unsized condition of when you purchased the item, if the bracelet is sized or has any additional links added or removed, then we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- If the exchanged product contains any non-manufacturer customizations, engraving, scratches, damages, marks, niches, moisture, improper usage or evidence of tampering may void your ability to exchange.
- In order to avoid a restocking fee, please ensure original wrappings, tags, papers, warranty and any original documentation is in brand new unworn condition. Exchanged / Returned items with visible wear, scratches or damage will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- In order to maintain new stock, Carat & Co. will only allow up to one exchange per order if approved.
- Carat & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return/exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
- If your exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and until the item is in the possession of Carat & Co. the buyer continues to hold responsibility for the item and package. If the buyer does not choose to exchange for an item immediately, a store credit gift card will be offered for a future purchase that can be used in store or at caratco.com
- Any items that are pre-ordered or special ordered are not eligible for return or exchange. On a case by case basis, we may offer a store credit for cancellation of pre-order or special ordered items or charge a transaction fee less the value of a refund.
Exchange process for USA orders:
- Please visit our Contact Us page for any return/exchange request and we will respond within 48 hours.
- To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 3909 Main Street Flushing New York US 11354 or come in store to do the exchange.
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number and Carat & Co. is not liable for any lost, damaged or missplaced packages in transit for an exchange.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and for the approval or rejection of your return / exchange request.
