Carat & Co. currently ships within the United States & Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Yes. We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders and full-priced items:
- Free USPS Ground Shipping on orders over $200
- Complimentary Express Shipping (insured with signature confirmation) on orders over $2,000
No promo code is required. Simply select the complimentary shipping option at checkout.
We ship via USPS and UPS.

Yes. All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase.
All orders shipped by Carat & Co. are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit. Orders are shipped with signature confirmation required to ensure safe delivery.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
All online orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Yes. Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following business day.
Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will ship on Monday.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Carat & Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or tampered packages once tracking confirms delivery. We are also not liable for delays caused by missed signature attempts, weather conditions, technical issues, or carrier-related circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
No. Refunds are not available. Carat & Co. offers exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of receipt.
Eligible items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Purchased from caratco.com or our retail location
- Returned within 7 days of receipt
- In original, unworn condition. Watch bracelets must remain unsized and unmodified. Any sizing, added or removed links, or other modifications will void eligibility. Items showing scratches, damage, moisture exposure, improper use, or evidence of tampering may be refused.
- Include all original packaging (manufacturer’s box, warranty card, certificates, and accompanying papers)
- Include all original tags, wrappings, and documentation
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Items marked FINAL SALE or listed in the SALE category
- Pre-ordered or special-ordered items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, engraved, customized, damaged, or show signs of use
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Carat & Co. shipped an item in error.
No. Only one exchange per order is permitted, subject to approval.
To avoid restocking fees, items must be returned in brand-new condition with all original materials intact. Items showing visible wear, damage, or missing components may incur a restocking fee or be refused.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by Carat & Co.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service and include shipping insurance. Carat & Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced packages during transit.

Once your item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If no immediate exchange is selected, an approved return will be issued as store credit, redeemable online at caratco.com or in-store.
Carat & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
