Grand Seiko Sōkō Light and Shadow First Impressions

Introducing Grand Seiko USA’s Sōkō exclusive SBGA427 or called “Light” and SBGA429 or called “Shadow”. Both 2020 watches feature a 39mm case, Spring Drive movement and a dial inspired by the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest in Kyoto Japan. Both dials feature vertical line textures resembling the bamboo stalks slight and green accents on the seconds hand, power reserve, minute markings and text. Each comes with complimentary straps with matching green accents.
