    Once our items are sold, there is a 7 day return period for Store Credit / Exchange only as long as the watch is in unworn condition meaning no sized links, no signs of wear and the item must be in the same original condition as when sold. Refunds may incur a transaction fee depending on payment method. Special ordered or pre-ordered items may not be refunded.


    If there is a defect with your item it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in unworn condition based on the following criteria below.

    Any products exchanged must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing packaging (this includes the manufacturer's warranty card, box, any papers such as instructions, certificates of authenticity and or diamond certificates). If the exchanged product has been sized or contains any scratches, damages, marks, niches, moisture, improper usage or evidence of tampering will void your ability to exchange or return for store credit. 

    The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and until the item is in the possession of Carat & Co. the buyer continues to holds responsibility for the item and package. If the buyer does not choose to exchange for an item immediately, we are happy to offer store credit for a future purchase. Special order items may only be exchanged for the same item.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    If you are approved for a preorder cancellation, then your refund will be processed minus any transaction fees. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, reflecting the total value minus any transaction fees. If not approved for same payment refund, then store credit of equal value of the item will be issued.

    Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any transaction fees. If not approved for same payment refund, then store credit of equal value may be given.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


    When you purchase your new watch from Carat & Co., we ensure that your item is covered at least 2 years under the manufacturer warranty from any manufacturing defects.    

    Please note that the brand warranty that we offer does not cover the lifetime of the battery, normal wear and tear to case, pushers, crown, straps, bracelet, crystal, any damage to the watch resulting from physical/accidental abuse, lack of care, accidents (dents, broken crystal, etc), alterations or tampering from non-authorized centers and damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.

    These include all jewelry items and any items that are no longer within the brand's specified warranty period or have voided the warranty agreement.

    Items without an accepted warranty may be subject to service charge. When our customers entrust their service requests to us, it is our duty to provide the best possible service and prices to maintain the value of the timepiece or jewelry. 


    If you'd like to request for any repair or maintenance services, please contact us in the form below. Complimentary shipping and insurance is offered for any purchases made with Carat & Co. that are still within the warranty period. You are responsible for your own shipping and insurance costs for products outside of the warranty period or for items not purchased at Carat & Co. Until the item is received into our location, the item remains under the responsibility of the customer. 

    When should I get a maintenance service?
    Water-resistance timepieces are recommended to get checked yearly for a water-resistance check. A complete maintenance service of the watch is typically recommended after 5 years. If you notice any sudden changes in your watch's timekeeping, pushers/crown not operating, water moisture in dial, no energy in battery etc, we recommend you do a service immediately to prevent any further damage that can be costly to you down the road. 


    After the service
    After a service is completed, manufacturers may warranty your item under any work performed for a minimum period of 12 months unless stated otherwise.
