Any purchase over $50.00 is eligible for free ground shipping. Purchases over $2,000 are eligible for complimentary express shipping with insurance and signature confirmation. All shipments require signature upon delivery. 

No code is necessary for either options, just choose free shipping at check out. Please note that we ONLY ship within the United States, we do not ship internationally.

Carat & Co. is not liable for lost, damaged or tampered shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Carat & Co. is not responsible for any delayed deliveries of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather, technical issues or circumstances within the shipping company

RETURN POLICY
Once our items are sold, there is a 7 day return period for Store Credit / Exchange only as long as the watch is in unworn condition meaning no sized links, no signs of wear and the item must be in the same original condition as when sold. Carat & Co. reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the items appear to be damaged or show signs of wear. Refunds may incur a transaction fee depending on payment method. Any custom or special ordered items are non-returnable. Pre-ordered items are non-returnable after the item has been shipped. Final Sale items are non-returnable for credit or refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is a defect with your item it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in unworn condition based on the following criteria below. You must contact orders@caratco.com within the allotted time period or your exchange / return will not be accepted. 

Any products exchanged must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing packaging (this includes the manufacturer's warranty card, box, any papers such as instructions, certificates of authenticity and or diamond certificates). If the exchanged product has been sized or contains any scratches, damages, marks, niches, moisture, improper usage or evidence of tampering will void your ability to exchange or return for store credit. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and until the item is in the possession of Carat & Co. the buyer continues to holds responsibility for the item and package. If the buyer does not choose to exchange for an item immediately, we are happy to offer store credit for a future purchase. Special ordered items may only be exchanged for the same item.

To complete your return, we require your original receipt and item in the brand new unworn condition stated above.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

PREORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are approved for a preorder cancellation, then your refund will be processed minus any transaction fees. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, reflecting the total value minus any transaction fees. If not approved for same payment refund, then store credit of equal value of the item will be issued.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any transaction fees. If not approved for same payment refund, then store credit of equal value may be given.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@caratco.com.

All sale items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns.

Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Carat & Co. holds no liability for items that are returned and are lost in the mail.
