RETURN POLICY

Here at Carat & Co., it is our mission and duty to provide unworn original manufactured authentic goods and products. Once our items are sold, the items are not refundable. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is a defect with your item it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase in unworn condition based on the following criteria below. 

Any products exchanged must be in original unworn condition and must be in the original manufacturing packaging (this includes the manufacturer's warranty card, box, any papers such as instructions, certificates of authenticity and or diamond certificates). Any watch bands that have been sized must have all links returned without any damages, niches, scratches, or marks. If the exchanged product contains any scratches, damages, marks, niches, moisture, improper usage or evidence of tampering will void your ability to exchange.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the item and until the item is in the possession of Carat & Co. the buyer continues to holds responsibility for the item and package. If the buyer does not choose to exchange for an item immediately, we are happy to offer store credit for a future purchase.
